What is MyFILE365?
MyFILE365 is used to store personal documents such as ID documents, certificates etc.
Can others see my documents?
No, not without your consent and without choosing who you want to share them with.
Can I withdraw my consent?
Yes, you are always in control of your own documents. You have full control over which documents you share and with whom.
How are events / projects used?
Events and Projects are used to collect necessary IDs and documents for a shorter or longer period. As an Event or Project manager, you can simply and securely request information from all or individual members and document the necessary information to, for example, an authority or for use in documentation for the performance of specific tasks / works.
How is the security of storage?
MyFILE365 uses Microsoft Azure to store your data. Read more here
Why can I not see other active users in MyFILE365
As the system precisely ensures your data and anonymity, you can not see other users in the system until you create and invite via e-mail or are invited via e-mail to a project.
Can other people in a given project see my information?
No, other invited members can not see your information nor that you participate in the individual project.
Who can see my data shared documents in a given project?
MyFILE365 is hierarchically divided. Only the project owner or your group administrator can see your IDs and documents.
Can I delete my MyFILE365 profile?
Yes you can delete your profile and documents at any time.
