Casper Wilken
Casper Wilken is the founder and owner of SmartGuard ApS, which is a company that proviedes and installs temporary, technical security solutions to e.g. the Danish construction industry. SmartGuard was founded in 2006 and in recent years the company has developed into a nationwide technical security company with approx. 20 employees. In the last few years, Casper has experienced an increased demand and focus on access control, documentation and CSR services, which has been Casper's source of inspiration for initiating the development of software such as MyFILE365. Casper is also active in both private and business life and is a member of the Security Industry Board, in the local city and business association and has over time been responsible for the security set-up of several events and arrangements.
The idea behind MyFILE365 thus arose as a result of Casper's professional experience in respect of compliance with GDPR legislation, requirements for deletion of both personally sensitive information and image and sound recordings with personal information from TV surveillance, as well as a greater and greater need to be able to document a business driven social responsibility in the work with CSR, including in connection with chain responsibility in the construction industry and Danish industry in general.
John Blem
John holds an MSc in Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor in Business Administration and has worked with Tech for the past 30 years.
He established his first experience in real-time financial systems in the early 90s and founded Milestone Systems in 1998, which he built to become a world leader in IP video surveillance software.
As CEO and later Chief Product Officer of a company with an average growth of 30% over 20 years, he has gained in-depth experience in strategy, business development, global growth management and reach in areas where technology and innovation are the key to success.
John is today active in many different industries both as a manager, investor and strategist and through board work and he saw great opportunities in MyFILE365, which he founded together with Casper and Morten.
John is today the main shareholder in MyFILE365
Morten Tor Nielsen
Morten is a trained low-voltage engineer, and has over 20 years of experience as a software developer.
He was involved in designing and developing Milestone Systems' first generation of IP video surveillance software.
Since then, Morten went to New York, where he established the On-net Surveillance Systems (OnSSI) development department and flagship product "Ocularis" which is today used by a large number of companies and organizations around the world.
He has also solved development tasks for Simrad, Danaher, RGB Spectrum, Bang and Olufsen and others.
