CREATE A PROJECT

All users can create their own projects. Projects are used to collect, coordinate and document tasks in companies as well as private associations, clubs, festivals, events etc.

INVITE MEMBERS

Once you have created your project, you invite the people you want to join either via email or directly from the project.

GROUP MEMBERS

All members of projects can be divided into groups. The groups can have different backgrounds, functions or nationalities and in these groups individual requirements can be set.

UPLOAD DOCUMENTS

Documentation requirements can be set in each of the groups. It can be anything from diplomas to driving licenses, work and residence permits, child certificates and, employment conditions. The document requirements are individual and can only be seen by yourself, the immediate manager or administrator.
